ABOUT THE GAME
KWENTUKO is a visual novel video game for Windows that was released in August 2023 by Kwentuko Studios. It is developed by Kwentuko Studios. By adapting filipino classics that are in the public domain into a visual novel format, Kwentuko’s aim is to spread more awareness about classic filipino stories and present these stories in a more modern, engaging format for college students.
The adolescent to young adulthood stages of life are crucial to the development of each Filipino’s identity. We, at Kwentuko Studios, believe that the wisdom that young Filipino minds need to flourish in life can not only be found in classrooms, but also in stories.

Currently, the Kwentuko is offering the following adapted versions classical Filipino literature:
- How My Brother Leon Brought Home a Wife, a short story by Manuel Arguilla.
- Walang Sugat, a popular zarzuela by Severino Reyes.
